Working as a developer, we opened 40 locations over four years. While looking far and wide for 1.25-2 acre parcels in New York State, we used our knowledge of the entire development process to find the most profitable locations. From site evaluation, to working with construction companies, and getting approval from local municipalities on sites, we were involved in every step of the process.

This insight allows us to better evaluate sites and understand the costs associated with new construction and re-developing existing properties for tenants, and allows us to provide insight as to how quickly a potential site can go from an LOI to open and operating.
